Person or organization?
When I look at an organization, I see a group of people who together form one great person. A sort of giant superhero who usually has a mission to make the world a better place. This hero needs a clear vision of the desired outcome and a strategy to make the best use of his or her superpowers. In addition, you want him or her to be physically aligned so that energy can flow as freely as possible. By “aligned,” I mean that the people who make up this giant are all on the same page with one another.
Don't you wish for a positive outlook, a clear strategy, and alignment for people, too—not just for a giant?
